1~Rub
Lavendar oil on the feet for a calming and relaxing effect on the body.
2~Rub a few drops of
Lavendar oil on your palms and rub across your pillow to help you sleep and also to help with insomnia.
3~Put a few drops of
Lavendar oil on a sting or insect bite to stop itching and reduce swelling.
4~Rub a few drops of
Lavendar oil on your palms and inhale deeply to help with hayfever.
5~Place a few drops on the tip of your tongue, around the navel, or behind ears to alleviate the symptoms of motion sickness.
6~Put a few drops on a rag and apply over eyes for relaxation.

Lavendar oil on the temples to help clear a blocked tear duct.
